1] Heard learned Counsel for the parties. The petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 do not want to proceed further in the present petition and they want to withdraw the petition. They are allowed to withdraw their prayers and their prayers are disposed of as withdrawn.

2] As far as petitioner Nos.3 and 4 are concerned, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 that the respondent No.1 does not want to press the prosecution against the petitioner

YBG wp4972-14 Nos. 3 and 4. In view of this I pass the following order:- (a) The writ petition insofar as petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, is disposed of as withdrawn;

(b) The prosecution pending against petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 vide Criminal Case No.4353/SS/14 shall stand quashed. Their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. The present petition shall stand disposed of accordingly.

© On the prayer of learned Counsel Mr.Niranjan Mundergi appearing for petitioner, it is further directed that the petitioner No.2 be exempted from personal appearance on the dates of hearings before the trial court between today 12th January 2015 and 15th February 2015.
