We find that in Writ Petition, direction to take cognizance of complaint dated 15/11/2013 has been sought with further prayer to transfer the investigation to Crime Branch, CID Unit, Mumbai. URS 1 of 2

On 03/09/2014, this Court granted leave to amend and matter was to come up on 01/10/2014. It appears that, thereafter, the matter was listed on various dates and was simply adjourned. The Petitioner has not taken any steps to carry out the amendment. 4.

Record shows that charge-sheet is already filed. It is, therefore, apparent that the investigation is also over. 5.
