The applicant was granted bail vide order dated 11th October 2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.2441 of 2018. The applicant was directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Learned counsel for applicant submits that he is not in a position to arrange surety and is continued to be in custody although bail is granted to him. It is submitted that four minor children are dependent on him and he has no close relations in Mumbai to arrange for sureties. It is prayed that the order dated 11th October 2018 may be modified and the applicant be released on cash bail by relaxing the condition of furnishing surety. In the alternative learned counsel for applicant submitted that since the applicant is in custody from the date of his arrest and could not arrange sureties, for a
2 of 2 601.APPP.1378.2018.doc temporary period, the applicant be provided facility of provisional cash security so that the applicant can be released on bail and would arrange to furnish sureties in accordance with order dated 11th October 2018.

It is not possible to consider the prayer for releasing the applicant on permanent cash bail. However, in accordance with order dated 11th October 2018 the applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of six weeks.
