Mr. Dhakephalkar, learned Senior Counsel upon instructions submits that against the order of grant of regular bail against respondent No.2, the prosecution has already moved before the Sessions Judge for cancellation in Revision Application No. 54/2015 which is pending for last two years on the file of Sessions Court, Vasai. 2.

While responding to the above submission, learned APP submits that the Court may pass an appropriate order. 3.

In view of the above position, which is not in dispute, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Revisionary Court to decide the Revision Application expeditiously, in any case, within a period of 12 weeks from today.
