The office noting shows that the Respondent No.2 is duly served. Today, nobody appears for the Respondent No.2. Therefore, I have heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

This Petition is filed for directing the J.M.F.C., 6th Court, Ulhasnagar to expedite the hearing of D.V. Application No.193 of 2020. The second prayer is for similar direction in respect of Exhibit-9 and 11 in the same proceeding seeking interim reliefs. Considering that the application is pending since the year 2020, without even passing any interim order, it is necessary to give appropriate directions to learned Magistrate, so that the

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

i)The hearing of Domestic Violence Application No.193 of 2020 pending on the file of J.M.F.C., 6th Court, Ulhasnagar, is expedited.

ii)In the same proceeding, Exhibit-9 and 11 shall be decided within a period of three months from today.

iii)With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
