DATE : 21 DECEMBER 2022 P.C. :- The grievance of the Petitioner is that the order passed by the District Magistrate/Collector, Thane is not implemented by the Tahsildar, Thane. It is unfortunate that this grievance has to be brought to the High Court. The Collector, Thane will look into the issue. The Collector, Thane will give personal audience to the Petitioner in the week of 26 December 2022 to 30 December 2022 on the date suitable to the Collector and thereafter give necessary directions to the concerned Authorities.
