For the reasons stated in paragraphs 2 to 5, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and, the petitioner is accordingly permitted to amend the petition in terms of Schedule-A annexed to the application. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today and, thereafter, copy of the amended petition be served upon all concerned.
