P.C. :- 1).

The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 491 of 2016 registered with Dharavi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 473, 120(B) Indian Penal Code and Section 66(A), 66(D) of the Information Technology Act read with Section 34 (Chapter VII) of Other Act, 2016. 2).

After having heard the learned Counsel for the applicant for sometime and the learned APP, it is required to be noted that the applicant already underwent custodial interrogation. The

In view thereof, in my opinion, looking to the nature of punishment provided against the applicant, it will be appropriate to order his release.

Hence, the Bail Application is allowed. In the event of arrest of the applicant, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicant to attend the Court regularly.

Three consecutive absence of the applicant before the learned trial Court Judge, will entail the learned Judge to adopt appropriate proceedings for cancellation of bail.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. 4).

It is brought to my notice that, applicant's family member is getting married. In view thereof, for a period of 4 weeks, the applicant be released on cash surety as an Undertaking is furnished before this Court that the applicant shall furnish sureties within a period of 4 weeks thereafter.
