Heard for some time. Effort in disposed of matter is to invite attention of this Court to so-called contempt with submission that despite specific direction by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 32nd Court, Bandra, the investigating officer has not bothered to investigate and omission has resulted in prejudice to the petitioner.

Learned Counsel adds that he is in fact awaiting instructions on further development before the trial court, since the applicant has been shown as an accused in the matter.
