In pursuance of the order dated 20th January 2016, passed by this Court, we are informed that the application of the petitioner has been decided by the concerned Authority by an order dated 9th May 2016. The petitioner is stated to have challenged the said order, by filing a Revision Application, which is stated to be pending before the learned Single Judge.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the adinterim order, which is granted in this petition, namely nondisbursement of 20% of the award amount, be continued for a ABS

WP 505-2016 period of four weeks so that the petitioner can take further course of action in the pending revision application.

The above submission as made on behalf of the petitioner is not unreasonable. We therefore dispose of this petition by observing that the ad-interim order passed in this petition shall remain in operation for a period of four weeks from today, for the limited purpose, to enable the petitioner to move the learned Single Judge for appropriate reliefs. No costs.

All contentions of the parties on the merits of the matter are kept open.
