It is informed by the learned Prosecutor that this application is filed on 8.12.2016 after the Bail Application of the applicant was rejected by the Sessions Court on 30.11.2016. Subsequently, chargesheet was filed in this case in the Sessions Court on 5.1.2017. She also informs that one application for bail is pending in the Sessions Court after the filing of the chargesheet. 2.

Under such circumstances, the learned Counsel for the applicant/accused seeks permission to withdraw the present application and wants to pursue the application before the Sessions Court.

Bail Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
