Adinterim relief had been granted to the applicants with a condition that the awarded amount should be deposited before the Reference Court. The record prima facie indicates that no such deposit has been made. However, Mr Dabke learned AGP for the applicants states that he would like to ascertain this position. In case the deposit has been made within a prescribed period, adinterim relief granted earlier shall stand confirmed. However, if no such deposit is made within a prescribed period, the adinterim relief shall stand vacated. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
