Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed, by consent :- (a) The Respondent shall be reinstated with continuity of service within a period of one week from today. It is clarified that the wages of the Respondent shall not be reduced in any manner and his pay scale shall continue to be the same. In view of this order, the Respondent is not claiming any amount towards back wages, which are directed to be paid by the impugned order. 2.
