The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 2 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 452, 494, 342, 506 read with Section 34 Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act.

The investigation in the matter is over as the chargesheet is already filed. There is recovery from the applicant of vehicle including the other material in the crime including the gold bangle which was booty in the crime.

Having perused the chargesheet, it could be noticed that further detention of the applicant is not warranted. There are no criminal antecedents.

Hence, the Bail Application is allowed. In the event of arrest of the applicant, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
5).
Any two consecutive absence of the applicant before the learned trial Court will entail the learned Judge to take out proceedings for cancellation of bail.
4) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. (N.W. SAMBRE, J)
