Heard Mr. Ramiz Shaikh, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. He states that in compliance of order dated 3rd November 2023, the Petitioner has received an amount of Rs.12,39,637/-. He states that in view of the receipt of the said amount, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and he seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. 2.
