This matter has been adjourned at least for three occasions keeping it in the morning session and thereafter in the afternoon session for a simple instructions to be given to the office of the Government Pleader as to within how much time the Petitioners' applications/representations would be decided. This being the only prayer sought for by the Petitioners. Before we made the Respondents bound by a timeline, we had given adequate opportunity to the Respondents to state the timeline depending on RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER workload before it. Accordingly, we direct the Petitioners applications/ representations be decided within a period of four weeks from today. We place the responsibility of complying with the said timeline on the Secretary of the Higher and Technical Education, who will ensure that the directions adhered to.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
