Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

We find that no explanation has been given by the petitioner to the show cause notice dated 5th April 2022, and if this is so, we are of the view that there is no cause of action for the petitioner to file this petition. After all, the petitioner has not given any opportunity to the Corporation to act upon his reply, his reply not being there. In these circumstances, the petition stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Corporation with a written explanation to the show cause notice dated 5th April 2022 within a weeks' time. the Corporation within a weeks' time, Corporation shall consider the same and take its decision in the matter in accordance with law. The petition is thus disposed of.
