Heard learned counsel for parties on Civil Application. Learned counsel for Respondent no.6 has objected the civil application. However, keeping in view the fact that after the President of the Committee has expired, the Committed has resolved and appointed the Applicant as President of the Committee, we are inclined to allow the civil application. Accordingly, civil application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out in the cause title of public interest litigation within a week.

Learned counsel for Respondent no.6 submits that he will be filing reply to the public interest litigation within two weeks. He may do so. List the PIL as per CMIS date.
