Learned APP on instructions informs that charge-sheet against the present petitioners shall be placed before the Court of Magistrate on 20/02/2023, the date on which the petitioners can appear before the Court of Magistrate.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he shall be furnishing contact numbers of both the petitioners to police ofÏcer who is present in the Court so that appropriate intimation about presentation of charge-sheet can be conveniently communicated. 3.

In view of statement made by learned APP on instructions, petition stands disposed of.
