The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of order dated 11.12.2015, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has submitted necessary documents. That the said documents have been verified and it is found that the applicant had given the flat in question on leave and licence basis to the other main accused persons. That apart from the said fact, the applicant has no other role to play in the entire crime. She on instructions further submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order dated 11.12.2015 is hereby confirmed.
