It is submitted that the applicant is one of the accused in a crime bearing C.R. No.I-210 of 2019 under Sections 302, 326 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Bhoiwada Police Station, Bhiwandi. A chargesheet has already been filed in the Court of Sessions Judge, Thane.
