Counsel for the parties state that the matter has been amicably settled. They tender consent terms signed by the parties and their Advocates. Respondent's are stated to be legal heirs of late Chandrakant Mahararudra Survade- original respondent no. 1. All the three respondents are present in Court. They confirm having understood the contents of the consent terms. The settlement arrived at between parties require the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2,27,000/- within three months from the date of this order, along with interest @ 12% per annum. This

8-wp-3816-2016 amount has been computed at Rs.3,70,000/-.

The consent terms further provided that the amount will be paid to the widow of original respondent. The demand draft is to be drawn in the name of respondent no. 1, Mangal Chandrakant Survade. 3.

Paragraph 2 of the consent terms also mentions that the amount will be paid within three months from filing the consent terms. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 have conveyed their no objection to the aforesaid terms and for the amount being paid over to respondent no.1. In the circumstances, I pass the following order : (i) Consent terms taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

(ii) There will be an order in terms of the consent terms. (iii) Accordingly, the petitioner shall pay respondent no. 1 Mangal Chandrakant Survade a sum of Rs.3,70,000/- by demand draft within nd May, 2018.

a period of three months from today i.e. on or before 2 (iv) Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. rd May, 2018 for "compliance'
