In view of the order dated 21 April 2015 of the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.11334 of 2013 (The Fruit Merchant Welfare Association v/s. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.), learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petitions with liberty to make a representation to the new Body after the Elections are held.
