Hence, the following order.

a) Order dated 18.07.2014 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II), is set aside. b) Applicant to remove all office objections within four weeks from today in First Appeal (ST.) no. 3879 of 2014, failing which civil application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court .

c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
