The petitioner is already admitted to 1st year of three years LLB course. The petitioner has passed graduation from the Open University. The respondents have not taken action against the petitioner nor the result of the petitioner is withheld.

The petitioner may point out the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court to the Authority concerned. As on date no cause of action exists, it cannot be said that the petitioner has apprehension. In case, the respondents take further coercive action against the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate afresh.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
