The Petitioners are before us complaining that though the Respondents have taken a positive decision to delete the land in question from acquisition, there is a remark that the land is reserved for "Kasarsai Project".

Learned Government Pleader submits that if the lands are deleted from the project in question as indicated in the notification, they are ready to delete the reservation remark as well, so that the Petitioners would be able to enjoy the property without any impediment. The statement is accepted.
