Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has paid by way of cheque, the amount of Rs.1,52,445/-, due as on October, 2017, drawn in favour of the Respondent Society on 26th April, 2019. The Society has accepted the said amount and has given membership certificate to the Petitioner in 1 / 2

Accordingly, since the Respondent has complied with the order dated 5th October, 2017, though belatedly, we accept the apology tendered on behalf of the Respondent Society and discharge the respondent under the present proceeding. We, however, make it clear that if any further dispute arises between the parties, it shall be open for them to get the same resolved in accordance with law. We also make it clear that we have dealt with order of this Court dated 5th October, 2019, and not with other issue that may be pending between the parties.
