The only prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for Petitioners is to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No.3 to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the Petitioners' representation dated 6th December 2016 (Exh.'E' to the Petition) in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No.3 to consider the said representation and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as VRD 1/2
