Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. By this application, the applicant seeks to bring legal heirs of deceased original applicant no.1 Shantilal Liladhar Shah on record who are applicant nos.1 and 2 namely Jeevanlata Shantilal Shah and Mehul Shantilal Shah. 2.

Having perused the averments as made in the application in the interest of justice the civil application is required to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). No costs. Necessary

Pvr 2/2 15ca101-18.doc amendment be carried out in the civil revision application within two weeks from today.
