The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 106 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the above Civil Application. The sum and substance of the reasons is that on account of the injuries suffered, the movements of the Applicant are restricted and that she is dependent on her family. It is further averred that the First Appeal is filed through her husband who is coordinating in the matter. It is further averred that presently the family of the Applicant is stationed at Jammu in view of the fact that the Applicant's husband is stationed at Jammu and therefore after passing of the judgment and award in Kolhapur, it was difficult for him to coordinate with their advocate who is in Kolhapur. None appears for the Respondent though served. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 106 days in filing the above First Appeal stands condoned. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
