By the above Review Petition, Review is sought of the order dated 20.10.2015. By the said order, the above Writ Petition came to be dismissed and resultantly the order dated 28.06.2013 passed by the Learned District Judge-4, Sangli, rejecting the application (Exhibit 9) for leading additional evidence under Order XLI Rule 27 of the CPC came to be confirmed.

Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner as also perused the grounds of review. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought to urge the contentions on merits of the main matter which is impermissible. Having heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and BGP.
