The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 24.10.2013 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) and filed this petition on 6 December 2013 and now called out for admission. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present Petition to approach MAT in review jurisdiction. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty. The MAT to consider the same in the background of filing the petition in this Court and its disposal as recorded above. No costs.
