Heard learned AGP for the applicants and learned counsel appearing for the respondent (original petitioner). Learned AGP appearing for the State states that in paragraph 4 of the application, the applicants have given the reasons for grant of extension of time to comply with this Court's order. In paragraph 5 of the application, it is stated that large number of such applications are pending before the State Government. In

2 ca2956-14 view of the averments in paragraph 5 of the application, we propose to grant a reasonable time to the State Government to take a decision. Accordingly, we allow both the applications in terms of prayer clause (a). We make it clear that no further extension will be granted.
