Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.

This application is sent through Jail for grant of temporary bail on account of marriage of Applicant's sister. In support of the prayer, the Applicant has annexed the Marriage Card of his sister. The Marriage Card shows that the Applicant's sister is getting married on 2nd December 2017.

On the last occasion, we had directed Ms. Mhaispurkar, the learned A.P.P., to verify the facts. Accordingly, she has taken instructions and now states that the Applicant's sister is getting married on 2nd December 2017.

In view of these facts and in the light of the Applicant's contention that there is nobody to look after the arrangement for marriage of his sister, we are inclined to grant temporary bail to the Applicant for a period of one week.

Applicant is, accordingly, directed to be released on temporary bail, on executing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/-, with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, for a period of eight days from the date of his release, on the condition that he shall surrender to the concerned Police Station after the expiry of the said eight days period and during the temporary bail period, he shall report to the Lohgaon Police Station, Pune, on alternative days.

Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 7.
