The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 119 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the above Civil Application. The sum and substance of the reasons is that the Applicant is stationed at Jammu and therefore after receipt of the judgment and award, he applied for leave from his employer and travelled to Kolhapur in the month of June 2015 for collecting certified copy of the judgment and award and thereafter he consulted his advocate. It is further averred that after obtaining the certified copy of the judgment and award he had to immediately leave for Jammu due to domestic requirements and absence of grant of leave from his employer. It is in the said process the delay of 119 days in filing the above Appeal has occurred.

caf-309.16.doc None appears for the Respondent though served. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 119 days in filing the above First Appeal stands condoned. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
