By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 51 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and award dated 19th August, 2013 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen'

s Compensation and the Judge, 2nd Labour Court, Mumbai in application (W.C.A.) No. 3/C-1/2009 holding that the Respondents/Original Claimants are entitled to sum of Rs. 4,53,527/- by way of compensation with interest @ 12% p.a.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, the following order: Laxmi Sontakke
