Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, restricts this petition to the relief claimed in prayer clause (a). Prayer clause (a) reads as under :

"a.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ/Order directing the Respondent No.1 Corporation to decide the Representations dt. 08/03/2016 & 11/04/2016 at Exh.'F' and 'G' and take appropriate action in accordance with law."

Mr. Bubna, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, has no objection, if directions are given to the Corporation to decide the petitioner's aforesaid representations.

In the light of the above, we dispose of this petition with directions to the respondent No.1-Corporation to decide the petitioner's representations dated 8th March, 2016 and 11th April, 2016, copies of which are annexed at Exhibits "F and G" independently on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that this order should not be construed as an expression of any opinion on the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open. 5.

In order to enable the respondent No.1- Corporation to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present before the Commissioner of the respondent No.1 along with this order as well as copies of the aforesaid representations on 9th July, 2018 at 11.00 a.m.. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
