Heard learned A.G.P for the applicants and learned counsel for the respondents (original petitioners). It is stated in the Civil Applications that as large number of applications are pending, the State Government requires extension of time to comply with the directions contained in the order dated 11th August, 2014. Learned A.G.P states that the time be extended till the end of February, 2015.

Accordingly, we dispose of the applications by directing that the time granted to the State Government under order dated 11th August, 2014 to take appropriate decision is extended till the end of February, 2015. No further extension shall be granted.
