P.C.:- In the light of the fact that the seal placed on the towers has been removed and which fact is admitted by the Petitioners, we caution the deponent of the affidavit that hereinafter the Court will not tolerate a statement made on oath but contrary to the official record. In the event any inconsistency is noted in future between the statement of the deponent of this affidavit Shri Kisan Kacharu Bhadane, Tahsildar, Thane, the Court will not hesitate to direct initiation of disciplinary proceedings, as also issuance of notice for Criminal Contempt. ssm 2 906-cp457.16.sxw ought to realize that there is still a higher duty and to be truthful to the Court of law. This is the highest Court in the State and which has inherent powers to punish for its contempt. Since, it is stated that the post of the deponent is that of the Tahsildar and he is relatively new entrant in public office, we refrain from initiating any such steps. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
