This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in the registry of this Court in pursuance of the order dated 15.11.2017 passed in ABA No.1261`/2017. The record indicates that the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 have deposited the amount of Rs.1.00 Crore in the registry of this Court. The applicant is the first informant. The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 on instructions submitted that the respondent Nos.1 to 4 have no objection for withdrawal of the amount by the applicant. 2.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the

2 /2 APPP-1093-17-23 application, applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount from the registry of this Court.

It is made clear that the applicant is not entitled to claim any interest on the said amount.
