In view of the stand taken by respondent Nos.1,2 and 4 vide letter dated 2nd August, 2020 (Ex.A to the reply afÏdavit of respondent Nos.1,2 and 4) whereby following the decision of the Supreme Court in Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Vs. S.C.R. Caterers, (2016)3 SCC 582, milk stalls held by the cooperative societies, partnership firms and HUF have been declared eligible for renewal of licenses, grievance of the petitioners have been redressed.

Let the licenses be renewed within a reasonable period. 4.
