(22) wp-4982.14
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO.4982 OF 2014 Ramesh Meetaram Suryavanshi and ors.
: Petitioners.
Versus
The State of Maharashtra : Respondent.
Mr. V S Paradkar for the Petitioners.
Mrs. A S Pai, Addl. PP for the Respondent/State. CORAM :
R. M. SAVANT & SANDEEP K. SHINDE, JJ.
DATE :
14th AUGUST 2017 P.C.
The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the charge-sheet has already been filed. The criminal case has overtones of a family dispute between the daughter-in-law and the grand-son of the original complainant. The dispute is about the ornaments of the mother of the Petitioner No.1 and the wife of the complainant. It seems that both the complainant and his wife have expired. Since the charge-sheet has already been filed as stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, it is not possible for this Court to grant any relief to the Petitioners in the above Criminal Writ Petition. However, the statutory remedies of the Petitioners are kept open for being invoked at the appropriate stage. The above Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. [SANDEEP K.
