Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 29 July, 2016, the respondents had issued a fresh show cause notice. The statement is made that the petitioner has filed reply to the same and the same is still pending consideration.

In view of the above, we are disposing of this petition with direction to the respondents to decide the show cause notice as early as possible preferably within six weeks from today.
