1) The applicants are seeking bail in CR No.153 of 2015 registered Mira Road Police Station,District Thane under Section 302,307 read with 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3 and 25 of the Arms Act.
2) The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that co-accused Mayank Gala, Ravindra Araya, Mukesh Shetty who have been attributed with the same and similar role as has been ascribed to the applicants herein have been released on bail by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge,Thane by its order dated 6.4.2016, 13.5.2016 and 13.5.2016 receptively. He therefore, prayed that the present applicants may be released on bail on the ground of parity.

4) I have perused the copy of the charge sheet annexed to the application and the afore-stated order passed by the learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Thane. It reveals from the record that the applicants are also named as accused in the said crime. It is alleged that they helped the other accused in procuring the weapons used in the said crime. After perusing the aforestated orders minutely it clearly reveals that the applicants have played same and similar role as has been ascribed to the aforestated co- accused. In that view of the matter, the applicants have made put a case for their release on bail on the ground of parity.
Hence, the following order.
a) The applicants be released on bail in CR No.153/2015 dated 14.4.2015 registered with Mira road Police Station, Mumbai on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.50,000/- each with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.
b) The applicants shall attend the Mira Road Police Station on every Monday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. until further order.
c) The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence and or influence the prosecution witnesses. d) Applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms.
