1) This is an application for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to the respondents by an order dated 17.10.2012 passed by the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge,Thane below Exh.1 in ABA No.1502/2012.

2) The learned APP submitted that during the pendency of the present application police have submitted the charge sheet. In view of the order dated 25/1/2016 passed in Criminal Application No. 723 of 29014 in ABA No.1785 of 2014 after filing of the charge sheet the present application does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
