The Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions from Mr.Paresh Merchant, Director of the Petitioner states that the Petitioner accepts the order which is impugned in the above Writ Petitions and shall pay all the 93 workers their dues as directed by the impugned order within two weeks from them approaching the Petitioner with a written application at their address situated at 6, Felthan House, J.N. Heredia Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400 001. The Respondents who are represented by Advocate Mr. Patel shall be paid their dues as directed by the impugned order within a period of two weeks from today. Since all the Respondents

kpd 2 / 2 924-WP-721-2013.sxw are not appearing before this Court, the Petitioner shall publish notice in two newspapers, namely, Free Press Journal, English Edition and Navshakti, Marathi Edition within a period of one week from today and the Respondents who are not appearing before the Court shall be inter-alia informed about this order. In view of this order, the question of proceeding with the criminal proceedings filed on the ground that the Petitioner is not complying with the order which is impugned in the above Writ Petitions does not arise and the copy of this order shall be produced before the appropriate court for necessary directions.

In view of this order, the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the above Writ Petitions. The same are therefore disposed off as withdrawn. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
