This application is preferred by the learned counsel for the respondent for fixing early date of hearing of Revision Application No.345/2012 on the ground that the respondent is a senior citizen. Hence, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, I am satisfied that the respondent has made out a case for fixing early date of hearing. Hence, the following order is passed:
