P.C.:- This is an Application for modification of Order dated 30th September, 2016, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai.

After perusing the record, it appears that in line No.3 para No.6 of the said order the word "not" has been erroneously typed, which gives negative effect to the meaning of the said sentence. Thus, the word "not" is deleted from line No.3, para No.6 of the said order and stands removed from the record of the office. Application is accordingly allowed.
