By this Civil Application No.1065 of 2015, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 37 days in filing the civil application and by Civil Application No.1066 of 2015, the applicants seek recall of the order dated 8th October, 2015 passed by this Court dismissing Civil Application Nos.506 of 2013, 507 of 2013 and 342 of 2015. No affidavit in reply has been filed by the respondents. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, Civil 1/2

5-cas1965-15c Application Nos.506 of 2013, 507 of 2013 and 342 of 2015 are restored to file. The order dated 8th October, 2015 is recalled. 3.

Place the aforesaid three civil applications on board for hearing and final disposal on 26th February, 2016. 4.

Both the civil applications are accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms.

It is made clear that the second appeal also which is dismissed in view of the dismissal of the aforesaid three civil applications is also restored to file.
