The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present Civil Application, in view of affidavit dated 19.03.2015 filed by Police Inspector, L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai with liberty to take appropriate steps in case the respondent no.1 violates the order passed by this Court . Same is granted.
Civil Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
